An exceptionally very early production vintage Omega Calatrava military issue watch circa 1939. Special production order from the Brazilian market only through Teddington in Rio De Janeiro . Blue star versions are extremely rare reserved for dignitaries and high ranking officers with over 95% of these being produced with red stars. This is also the first year Omega introduced thier legendary 30T2 movement, making this watch extra special.

Beautiful and rare black with gold gilt small seconds dial with mild patina and chips near the edges

Stainless steel case with blemishes and marks but in overall excellent condition considering it is 88 years old!
